CANCELLATION
Appointments are very important at AM Beauty and are reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of RESCHEDULING.
-A deposit is required to book appointments AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Less than 24 hours notice, or a NO SHOW, you will be billed for the deposit (100%) amount. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. If our schedule permits, same day rescheduling is allowed.
-If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you will be seen, but only for the service amount of time remaining.
-The cancellation policy allows time to inform clients of any availability, thus better serving everyone. Please book with confidence that we are here to provide each client with the ultimate salon experience.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We offer no refunds for services. If you are not satisfied please contact us for further assistance. We are always here to make your experience better.
We offer a test if you are worried about getting an allergic reaction. However reaction is different from true allergy. True allergy will show several reactions together instead of 1 or 2 reaction.
We guarantee our products are made of natural and safe ingredients which reduce reactions to minimum.
We do not offer refunds for services if you develop an allergy after since there are many other reasons that cause allergy.
